Marketing Activities

If you are considering selling your home, it is a must to find out what marketing tools your Realtor will use to help sell your home. Here is an abbreviated list of some of the many different marketing activities I use to market a home for sale. The following list consists of brief explanations of each marketing activity mentioned.   • Staging:  In preparation for placing your home on the market, I will work with you as a team to determine if any reorganization is needed in any of the rooms in your home. We will go through each room and determine how to restructure the room for its best possible presentation in order to maximize the sale price of your home.
     
  • Home Highlights Brochure:  I will include color brochures in your home which includes photos of your home as well as valuable information about the unique features of your home.
     
  • Direct Marketing:  I will mail "Just Listed" post cards, include your property on my quarterly newsletter, and distribute flyers, brochures, and letters to potential prospects and neighbors who might know of someone who wants to move into the neighborhood.
     
  • Sales Meeting:  I will network with other local agents at sales meetings and through email to help find a buyer for your home.
     
  • Internet:  Your home’s information along with 10 color photos will be available for buyers to view on www.NewmanSellsHomes.com, www.cbburnet.com, www.realtor.com as well as many others. This web site also provides buyers with valuable information to help them get started toward purchasing your home.
     
  • Open House:  I will hold weekend open houses at your home to allow perspective buyers to easily access your home without having to make an appointment. I place ads in the local papers and I use several open house signs to attract buyers to your home.
     
  • Lock Box:  I will place an electronic lock box at your home which allows us to keep your home safe and secure while allowing other Realtors who make an appointment to easily access your home.
     
  • Yard Sign:  I will place a Coldwell Banker Burnet sign on your front yard to alert passersby and neighbors that your home is for sale.
     
  • MLS:  I will include a detailed listing of your home along with six color photographs on the multiple listing service, which reaches all Realtors in the area.

I am always open to new suggestions and ideas for marketing your home. I will modify my plan to your specific needs and situation.
